Food Assistance and Health Points

On Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., we distribute surplus food from local stores at Kuninkaanlahdenkatu 10. In conjunction with the food distribution, we host a community café and a monthly health point.

In addition, surplus food is distributed at Itätuuli School on school days at 12:15 p.m., and a community meal is held at Itätuuli School in the “Salonki” room every Thursday at 12:15 p.m. Please bring your own dishes.

The upcoming health points are informed about, for example, in our monthly newsletters, which you can order through OmaPunainen, and signing up to being a volunteer in our branch. You can also the new and previous newsletters  in the "news" section.
